We are working towards our accreditation from The Soil Association and Coeliac UK so you don’t just have to take our word for it.
The cake section is called seasonal bakes because we follow the seasons. Ingredients and flavours will change along with that. We’ll never import from across the world something that will be back in season round the corner in a couple of months.
We only deliver whole cakes and sourdough breads and bagels at the moment, everything else can be found in our shop or from one of the venues we supply. If you would like like to stock some of our baked items, fill in the contact form here or at the bottom of the page.












Ingredients
We use the best quality ingredients; freshly ground organic, gluten-free flours from Shipton Mill and organic and traded fairly chocolate and unrefined sugars from Real Food Source and fresh organic fruits and vegetables from Organic North.
Wholesale
We offer wholesale deliveries on a range of our bakes including, quinoa sourdough, teff sourdough, “brioche” loaf and buns, seasonal cakes and more.
