Dispatch processing times

Cut off for all Sourdough delivery orders is Sunday 2pm for Wednesday dispatch and Monday 2pm for Thursday dispatch.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your Order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

STORE PICKUP – The Bakery
I will send an email when your order is ready for pickup. You can pick up your orders from 11am.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

All deliveries within the UK mainland are made using either of our couriers, Royal Mail, DPD, Chorlton Bike Deliveries. Fees will be generated at checkout.

Delivery estimates vary depending on the shipping provider.

The delivery fee will be (approximately) £4.50, which will be applied to all cake and sourdough postal orders, delivery times cannot be specified.

Dispatch confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
