The sunshine cake that is Clementine and Almond, gives a welcome bright orange glow to the table in the darker months.
Thinly sliced clementines line the tray first with a sprinkle of lemon juice and coconut sugar before the almond batter, for this upside-down cake.
Storage
Once you receive your delivery you’ll get 3-5 days out of your Clementine and Almond Cake. It’ll keep better with some parchment around it in a sealed container or one of them old biscuit tins.
The Clementine is available for the Winter.
For all cake orders, order before 2pm on Monday for Wednesday dispatch and before 2pm on Tuesday for Thursday dispatch.
