Peach Melba Slice has peaches settling into the light sponge and then topped with a raspberry buttercream frosting.
Storage
You’ll get 3-4 days out of your Peach Melba Slice. It’ll keep better with some parchment around it in a sealed container, to keep the frosting tip top store it in the fridge and allow it to get to room temperature before eating.
The Peach Melba Slice is available in the Summer when stone fruit season has begins and the berries are just about hanging on.
For all cake orders, order before 2pm on Monday for Wednesday dispatch and before 2pm on Tuesday for Thursday dispatch.
