What items are gluten-free and plant based?

Everything here is made using plant based and gluten-free ingredients.

Is it organic?

We use organic ingredients and we are working towards our certification (I hope I remember to update the answer when we are certified).

How far in advance do I need to order?

We ferment the sourdough for 3 days before baking so, if you’re ordering for this week, you’ll need to know by Sunday or Monday before 2pm.

Why do I need to let the cake sit out for 30 minutes?

Although you absolutely should keep cream and fruit cakes in the fridge to slow down spoilage, if you tuck in directly from the fridge all that lovely Vblock butter will harden making a much less soft and spongy cake.
