Ah spring, the pinks of the blossom and fragrance of the elderflower make their way onto the menu and into your tums.

We’ve got rhubarbs that are reaching upwards this season, plus some early strawberries (hope, hope, hope) Lemons are still looking good for the start, Ooo and cherries should be around May too. Lots to look forward to.

Fudge will have to wait till Autumn to return, but never fear, the Brownie is still here.
